Yes, they are. After use, wash off with mild soap and water and lay flat to dry.

It's possible they are not all the same...though I did get the one you see in the product photo. Right now I'm in the Lower 48 (I live in Alaska) for my nephew's wedding so can't look at the kit but should be home on the 28th and will try to look then for you.
