Use the Rotary Cutter and Ruler Combo No Touch Blade Change Tool to safely, simply and quickly change cutting blades. Just unscrew the blade carriage from the Rotary Cutter and Ruler Combo (f-195130-1001, sold separately), remove it, and then snap the old blade into the tool. Flip the tool around and slide the lid on the blade change tool to ready the next blade. Place the blade carriage over the new blade and the magnetic system will snap the new blade into place. This pack comes with five 45 mm replacement blades. It holds up to six used blades and is a safe, easy way to dispose of used blades. You'll never have to touch a blade again!
