I normally like all of Tim Holtz's products but I have to admit that these were not what I was looking for. Certainly good quality like all of Tim's products, but way too big for card making, which is what I had planned on using them for. Gave them to a friend of mine who made earrings out of the larger ones. I kept the smaller ones to see if I can figure out what to do with them. (they do make interesting earrings.)
Clever embellishments for mixed media projects.
I wish they came in more than the two sizes - but as they are, they're very useful in collage, assemblage, and - of course - in Tim Holtz' transfiguration boxes.
I use ALOT of these - I dread the day when they stop making them! I hope they're very popular and will be in production for years to come!
These are so fun, I used them on my Tim Holtz tags and on a couple of cards. Easy to attach using wire or just gluing them with glossy accents.
I know, who would have thought of these other than our MAN...yes, they are so cool...I have so many ideas to use with them.
