I love this die! It is one die that cuts all 6 feathers out at once. I had to play with it as soon as I got it! I did 6 different colors and then made a card , They are cute. I experimented to see if I liked them better plain, left as they were or if I liked it better to ink it with a spine down the middle and lined in the feathers on each side. I liked white pen better than black. Honestly, I liked it both ways - with or without the ink.
I do like this die cut for these different feathers. I like adding the small lines in them to define the feathery look. My husband carves birds with feathers, and has been helping me with the definition of these feathers. They are interesting. So many different sizes in one die also is a big asset to me.

Although I love these feathers. I would prefer that they had been all separate, so I could use the positive and negative of a particular feather
The cut-outs of feathers are an excellent size and very detailed. Excellent for use as embellishments on rubber stamped cards or scrapbook pages. This was not in stock but scrapbook.com notified me when it came available and I bought it. And I am glad I did. - Judy K.

I also wanted too add that the feather lines can be added with a stylus. I use the larger end with the larger ball for the center vein and then add the upward lines with the smaller one. This works well for me. Shirley Gladfelter

I use my cuttle bug with these feather dies. Depending on the card stock, I will almost use some type of shim. Depending on the card stock color, I will use a contrasting color of chalk, with cotton ball or q tip to use lightly in the creases. There are a lot of things to do with them. Enjoy.
