I've tried everything to effectively clean my rubber and clear stamps and wouldn't you know it, the easiest and least expensive way is with clear water in a squirt bottle. After using the stamp I hold it over my wastebasket (plastic lined) and spray with water. Use a Q-tip or soft toothbrush for the crevices and turn the stamp face down on a cheap paper plate lined with paper towels to dry. You'd be surprised how much ink comes away from the stamp with just plain ol' water.
