what is rubbing alchol?

thanks for sharing this technique. I will have to try it. As for the difference, it could be alcohol, paper, the embossing powder used. I would keep trying.

Alcohol sounds horrible and I can't imagine it feels good!!! Jamie, I guess that's why moms are so good at cleaning owies! They remember what order things go in.

LOL, I actually cringed when I first read it, when I was around 9 I got a huge gash on my knee and tried to take care of it myself, well I pulled all the things that my mom used on our owies but could not remember which order and for what.... anyway poured the alcohol right onto the cut, boy howdy that hurt!!

Here in the US we also have a 70% solution, which is what most people refer to as rubbing alcohol.

Doh! Posted after I read that they want 91% alcohol. Yeah, it not working right could've been the fault of the alcohol content. Can you get a 91% solution, that's also available here in US (Or figure out how many drops/ml of water you need to add to the 96% to water it down to 91%?)
