I love the Sakura Quickie Glue pen(this one has a tip like a ball point pen) and the ZIG glue pens.

I like to use the Perfect Medium pens- they come in a 2 pack of brush tip and bullet tip. I get mine at J's.

LOL! That's it! Those are what I use!

i am fairly new to embossing and was just wondering if there was a pen or some sort of tool that allows you to draw free hand with the embossing ink instead of using a stamp and pad? and if so, where can i get one? thanks! hope everyone's holidays are awesome!!

Yes it is. I use the same pens for Freestyle embossing. I get the pack that has the pen and a brush pen in it. I got it from J-A's. Can't think of the name, but they're white pens in a blue pack...
I'm sure someone named them already!

Have fun! Let me know if you have any questions, and I'll do my best to answer (I've only done it a couple of times!)

Have you ever tried glass etching? You can actually do it with stamping/embossing!

You stamp your image with versamark on the glass, sprinkle your powder and heat. A LOOOOOONG time!!!! I was surprised at how long it takes. After it melts you make a sort of "frame" with contact paper so there's a shape around the image. Then use your glass etching cream according to the directions.

Rinse off the etching cream, then pick off the embossing powder. Your stamped image will be clear glass, with the etched glass around it.

You could also do it with the Versamarker, but I haven't tried that yet.

That is so cool!! I am all into glass etching right now and I never knew I could use my embossing/stamping stuff on glass too! I'm off to play around with it! Thanks for the info!

yep! You can also use any slow drying ink pen if you like. I have used the Sakura glaze pens for embossing.

ZIG makes an embossing pen that lets you draw free hand.

Yes, there is a marker called Versamark that is like clear pigment ink. You can also get embossing markers (can't remember the brand) that come in colors, and you could use just clear powder.

You should be able to find either at Michael's, AC Moore, etc.

    Oh, and heat embossing ROCKS!
