You can type them straight out in Word for journaling, or use WordArt for titles. I use a lightbox a lot to trace fonts onto cardstock or I trace onto vellum. If black will work, though, I print directly onto the cardstock or vellum.

Lane - I was looking into getting the CK CD but did not know if it was worth it? Do you have it? Would you buy it again?

Yes, I know the e-mail address on my page doesn't match the one in my profile here. That one's for junk mail and newletters, [email protected] is for real people.
Feel free to e-mail me if you want some beginner's hints on getting better results from search engines when looking for free fonts.
Most printer inks are acid free but not fade resistent. 2 ways to overcome this are to trace the letters from the printout with an acid free pen or to look for fade resistent ink. I'm pretty sure Hewlett Packard has fade-resistent ink cartirdges available now and a few months ago I saw an ad for fade -resistent refill kits in the ads in the back of CK.
