BasicGrey brings back vintage lines - Black Tie!

So excited, BasicGrey decided to re-release certain packs, check it out! Black Tie is back (they do say its for a limited time so I'm not sure how many we will get back in stock when we run out).

I have wanted Black Tie forever!

I saw this! I'm so excited to get some of these paper packs!!! When I first started scrapbooking, I couldn't afford big packs of paper like so I'm glad I be able to pick them up now!

Awesome. Sublime was my 1st BG purchase 2 years ago- been hooked since. I cant wait till their digi stuff is done

I didn't realize they were re-releases, I thought they were brand new. but love the black and white one. I guess that explains why the packs are half the price of the new lines?

Ok....I am happy about the re release of these oldies but goodies HOWEVER..................

The line I have wanted back actually WAS Black tie. It went out of availability before I realized what yumminess it was and wanted it. Once I wanted it, couldn't find it.

Gina, you're too funny! What does Color Me Silly look like? I hope they continue to bring back more retired lines. I remember looking a couple here many moons ago and just pining over them. Yay for Basic Grey!

ohhh....love Black Tie! I used up the last of mine a while back. Phresh and Phunky was my absolute fave, still have a couple sheets that I have hoarded. Just couldnt use 'em! Now, I may have an excuse to use 'em since I can get more!

I am thrilled that Black Tie is back. I ran out of my stash when doing a wedding album for a friend.

Did they have a pretty little girl set papers? I'd love to get that...that's the set I wanted sooooooo much when I first started come to scrapbook.com oh so long ago.

It took me a while to join the "LOVE Basic Grey" club but I am a true believer now.
I have been working on vacation pages using older Basic Grey Infuse paper so it is great to see BG bringing some of the older pager back.

I'm so glad you posted this. I love these packs. Now how to justify buying them after all my Christmas spending.

Just what I always needed, more to tempt me.

I spent a long time deciding whether to buy Vagabond or Fusion and then they both disappeared. I guess I can start thinking about these again.

Vintage, huh?

Sublime is the package I have (and still have), that I can't seem to make work with anything.

Not a giant Basic Grey fan (although the black tie looks doable).

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!
I have loved Black Tie forever!!! I have one piece left and it's in a revered spot so it won't get bent. Guess I can now get some new papers so it won't be lonely anymore. And LOVED Sublime! I bought 3 sets of that stuff when it came out.
And my oldest sons toddler album is filled with Vagabond!!
Thanks for giving me the heads up! I am still looking for some Origins but seems a lot of places are backordered.

I know I'm quoting my own post. I went to Basic Grey's website. The set of papers I'm talking about have a page that has little elephants all over. I didn't know that was part of the set - I bought that sheet because it was covered in elephants. I didn't even realize it was part of the set I wanted so much!! lol

I hope they bring it back as a vintage set.

After I posted my above post I went to put some Black Tie, etc.. in my cart and noticed you had some Origins..LOL! Not sure where I was looking but it wasn't in the right place, obviously! LOL!
Dh comes back in town this evening (I hope) and I'll talk with him about making an order.
