Clear Stickles?

Which color of Stickles leaves only a clear glitter & lets the color of what's underneath show through the most? I'm sure this has been discussed here but I'm not finding a clear answer. Thanks!

I love the diamond stickles for that effect...The icicles stickles always look green! But what you could do too...is make a chart on white paper and on black paper because they look completely different and then you would know easy which color you need!

Crystal leaves color as well on dark paper, stick with Diamond

Yep, I would go with Diamond also!

I don't have it, but I was under the impression that Rock Candy is completely clear. It's on my wish list. Does anyone here have it? It's distress stickles though, so probably not as glittery as Diamond.

Rock Candy is completely clear but it is a Distress Stickles, which are sort of different than regular Stickles. The glitter flakes are larger and the tip/nib of the bottle is wider.

Diamond, to me, has flecks of golden in it. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful! But I wouldn't call it completely clear. I haven't tried Rock Candy yet but it sounds like it might be a good bet. Agree, Crystal has bits of blue/green in it (which I adore but again, it ain't clear).

Anyone know anything about Stardust? (I know from experience that Frosted Lace is more an opaque white).

I wish that the product descriptions had more detail about the differences in the Stickles that just look white online. Thank goodness we can write/read product reviews & give/get that info ourselves in the Superstore!

ETA: Just skimmed some reviews - some people think Diamond is the closest to clear, some have had it turn gold on them like it has w/ me. So I guess test it out to see what you like best!

I have Stardust. It dries kinda multicolor, which I like because it gives a really blingy look, imo. Also, even though there is "color", it doesn't have an overall tone like the green and gold already mentioned.

I'll vote for Stardust too. I tried both on dragonfly wings this morning and did notice the goldish tone with the Diamond. The Stardust just looks...glittery!

Star Dust is a fav here.. but rock candy is totally clear.

I also like Star Dust. The flakes seem to be much smaller so the color shows through. I have heard about rock candy, but I can't find it anywhere.
