MINI-CHIPBOARD ALBUMS ARE SERIOUSLY MY FAVORITE!!! If I had the time I would just make them all day, everyday! They are so fun and easy. I just sometimes get frustrated with the 12 x 12 because there is so much space to fill up and I never have that problem with these albums! And not to mention you can literally finish it in a few hours, which I love. Does anyone else share the same love for these AWESOME mini-chipboard albums???

I just made my first last week. I was so impressed and thrilled with the turnout I couldn't wait to make another!! So I made another over the wk end. I have decided I'd like to do MOST holiday, birthday photos as mini albums. I imagine I will use other photos for minis as well......but I def. like minis better than 2 pagers which I hated but still did in the past. You still can't use all the photos in them that you'd like. I find in my minis I can get MOST of the ones I'd like to use in them....and the ones I can't I can make a nice envelope page to hold the rest. kwim???

I love them too, but I WISH I could finish them in a few hours! Most of mine take weeks! I find the sanding and inking the edges takes a long time, so my next minis are going to be naked on the edges.

Yes I love these albums! Mine only take a few hours.. I mean I guess it depends on how detailed I want to get, But they sure do make great gifts. They can be used for any occasion. I just love these so much!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its all I have been making lately. I'm obsessed!

I love mini-albums. just bought the book "outstanding mini-albums" for some ideas, and its a great book. I've only made a couple, but I'd like to make more. they're so much fun!

I love them, but I haven't actually made any yet. It's on my long list of things to get done. I probably have about 50 of those Chipboard Albums from the dollar section at Michaels.

Yes I go to m's and buy a ton. Then I come home and I have the work set up for me for that week.. month depending how creative im feeling. And I just already use the supplies I have. Theses albums are much cheaper than the 12 x 12 scrapbooks!

I have to ditto these mini albums..I bought a bunch out of the 1.00 bins too. There is so much to do with these mini's...okay now i have to go get some more..

Not only are they super simple (aka instant gratification project), but they also make for a really great way to use up some of those smaller type pics! = Great, simple gift!!

i went thru a mini album phase about 2 yrs ago. i love to do 6x6 chipboard books. i have a ton naked in my scraproom. i got a ton for $1 and I stocked up. I should do one again.... my husbands birthday is coming up

Another idea for chipboard minis is to buy a package of those DCWV chipboard matstacks and use them for pages. I just got a package and plan to use my bind it all to make them into 2-3 minis.

I am also addicted to mini's. I started a 12x12 layout a double pager and felt overwhelmed by all that space!!

Thanks for the idea! My bf's birthday is just around the corner! It's his golden birthday and he'll be 30!!! We're having a big bash so I could set the book out and include a baby pic, elementary pic, high school pic, etc. Now my brain is ticking!!!

I always am pulling them out and showing them to people, and just looking at them myself. I love 12 x 12 scrapbooks but some of the pages alone take my 4 hours. And I can get the whole book in a reasonable amount of hours.

I'm totally addicted to minis as well!! I've made quite a few so far. What are these $1 minis from Michaels you all speak of???!!!!

They're usually in bins in the $1-$5 aisle, not with the regular papercrafting stuff. I've bought lots of different shapes there, and it's hard to beat the price.

I just stocked up today, they were on sale for 75 cents, I live in Canada so the regular price was 1.50 very cheap! Now to just use them lol, hopefully they don't sit in a drawer forever like most of the stuff I buy!
