Difference between blue or pink Cinch?

I just found a great deal on the Cinch binding tool, but it's blue instead of pink... Is there a difference?

I have never seen a blue cinch...do you mean Bind it all?

Nope, it's a Cinch... no pun intended.

I actually have the BIA, feeling a little spoiled wanting the Cinch too, but not sure I can pass up this deal. Also like the plastic coil option.

Me too. I would love to know. I do know the wire is the same for both Cinch and BIA. However, I would love to be able to use the plastic.

The color coils are now available! The sb store is suppose to sell them soon....love my cinch

it might be like the BIA....they only think that is different is the color. The Slice is the same way, just the color.

Just try typing Cinch into the search bar (on the site). I actually just stumbled onto it. Hope you can find it... They may be out of stock. ???

thanks for the message. I still think the only different is the color. It's like so many of the machines today, people are into color. I just want it to work. I know my LSS has the cinch, and the wire. I bought my BIA for them years ago, and I know the wire is the same for both of the machines. I bet I could get the plastic to work in the BIA too.

Jackie, I think it's just the color too, & like you, I don't care about color!

I like the plastic coils available & the round holes... might be nice to have a choice between it & the BIA. We shall see!

Before anyone buys either machine, you need to check out this blog post for an in-depth, extremely thorough comparison:

The side-by-side showing how much extra wire the Cinch uses compared to the BIA was a real eye opener for me. Who wants to use more wire if you don't have to?! I have not tried the coils in a bind it all book yet.

Thanks for your input Jennifer. I actually own the BIA too, I just couldn't pass up this deal! I figure if I don't like it, I'll re-sell it or something.

The blog post mentions the size of the holes on small projects. This doesn't concern me b/c I rarely do tiny things like this... I want it for albums, calendars, etc.

I still like the plastic coil option, so I'm gonna give it a try... I'll post my opinions later on the forums!
