I am expecting my first grandchild and so excited to start gathering scrapbook supplies. I have gathered some stuff but so far nothing I love. I have the echo park bundle of joy paper pack but am not crazy about it. There used to be so many cute lines but now there are so few. Anyways what are your fav baby products...in particular little girl baby stuff? What do you think of the Cricut baby cartridges...any you especially like?
Congratulations! How exciting. I"m a big Echo Park fan myself. I have the Cricut New Arrival cartridge which I have gotten a LOT of use from. It's probably my most-used cartridge. It is their original baby cartridge, though, so they may have issued better ones since.
Congratulations, that is so exciting!
I am so looking forward to being a Grandma one day soon... my daughter is married, 27 and very clucky, so here's hoping
I am not at all up on baby scrapbooking products, but just wanted to say a big congrats to you and your family.
I had my third son over a year ago and feel in love the Echo Park bundle of joy collection so much I just bought the second release.
Graphic 45 is releasing a new line for baby's with the "B" side being more defined as girl or boy. It has taken me a while to warm to Graphic45 but I am hooked now. There are a lot of amazing layouts using their last baby release "little Darlings" in the gallery.
I still think there is a ton of scrap products for girls that you could pull from a lot out there. Heck I used Dear Lizzy Polka Dot party for my son's announcement picture.
There is the pink and gold combinations that seem popular right now too.
If you have not already, I would do a search in the store under baby and see what lines they still have in stock. 2014 seemed like the year of the baby collections.
Bo Bunny did a whole pregnancy collection.
Do you have something in particular in mind? We might be able to help you piece some things together as well.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions and good wishes. I am so excited. At the same time my husband has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has started treatment so this first grand baby is really a bright spot in our lives. I am not a huge fan of the more graphic prints. I do have the echo park as I said and recently got a stack of dcwv baby girl which I like. Any other suggestions I'd appreciate. Like everyone else, we have no scrapbook stores anymore and even our big box stores have stopped carrying sb stuff, so this is my only place to look.
Hi there!
I have found the Simple Stories Hello Baby line (released last year but still available) to be very nice and versatile for both boys and girls. I looked it up and they have it here at Scrapbook.com.
Yes simple stories was cute and so was We R Memories.
I am so sorry to hear about your husband, cancer is the ugliest fight. My family is being harassed by this awful disease as well. So, I can only imagine how much the new baby will brighten both your days.
Wishing the best of things.
