BROKEN SILHOUETTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need help like major help !!! LOL i have had my Cameo since what umm 2015 maybe 14 and i love it i do but during my move from Irving to McKinney the bar that holds the paper in place got bent and now it cuts alright but it goes all over not holding the paper in place --- do i actually have to dish out my money to get it repaired somewhere or does ANYONE have any kind of advice or tip on what to do with it ???????????14

I have no idea Mindy. Try calling the company or maybe a local machine shop might help you out.

You probably just need to replace the part. Check with Silhouette America and see if you can get one from them.

I know what you should do I know a place that is a message board thaT is sillhouette only and it is not a company they have lots of stuff.. a place to ask questions too it is called sillhouette plus and I will send you a link now
