Has anyone bought Bazzill Blueprints? I saw one for $25.99 but would like to hear what the reviews are first. I use Bazzill cardstock and thought this would help choosing lo colors and ideas.
I just saw this in January's CK magazine. I really think I'm going to get it. I'm color-challenged. I tend to stick monchromatics, rather than matching colors.
I just got mine in the mail today and I'm a tad dissapointed. In myself mostly because I have a Mac and this isnt compatible with it and I didnt check that out first.
When I can get the internet on my laptop (DH is being a brat and wont let me download it on his @@) I'll let you know how it works.
I bought it yesterday. It is great for picking out Bazzill colors that match your photos. There aren't many layouts in it though and no way to create your own. After picking out colors, it would be great to be able to plan the layout on the computer.
fyi~ my friend got it and was having computer problems (not related to the program). she had to dump her whole computer a couple of times this week and it won't let her reinstall the program becuse they have a limit that you only get 2 installations. she called them and at first she was told she would have to buy a new copy. hers was only two weeks old. they ended up giving her another instalation, but it still won't work.
I'm really dissapointed in it. I finally got it running and like Krista said, you cant create your own LO's and there arent that many. I think thats what I was most dissapointed about.
If you need help picking out colors I think its great but otherwise, I wont reccomend it to anyone.
Okay you all convinced me ... I have got to order this ASAP! I'm addicted to everything scrapbooking and this is definitely something I think I will be thrilled to have.
Didn't take me long, but I bought it and LOVE IT!! You don't have many layout choices, but my main need was to have help choosing the perfect colors for my layouts and that's exactly what it does. I've already got three layouts planned, embellishment and color-wise, utilizing the software and I just got it yesterday. I think it's going to be a wonderful addition to my scrapbooking addiction.
