What size are Cuttlebug letters?

Can anyone tell me what size an individual letter is in a typical Cuttlebug alphabet set? I am considering buying a Cuttlebug and one or two alphabets, but it is hard to tell from looking at the internet as to how tall the individual letters are, and all the ads just state the size of each die. I am hoping to get letters at least 1"...

the set i have is about 1/2 inch tall, but i've seen others that are taller, maybe an inch. it depends on which font you go with.

FYI- sizzlits curlz alphabet is at least one inch tall and is cuttlebug compatible...

Does anybody have these? I already have a set of alpha punches with half inch tall letters and I don't use them much b/c they are so small. I want something I can make titles with.

I have Harmony and it is 1". I use the dies with my Sizzix sidekick and they work fine.

I have the Fancy Pants alpha, and I use it in my Sizzix Sidekick. I don't have any problems either. The final cut letters are 1" tall for uppercase, 5/8"-1" for lowercase (depending on the letter: a, c, e, m, n, o, r, s, u, v, w, x, and z are 5/8", the others are 1"), the tags are 1 1/2" including the little hole up top for you to attach to your page.

One thing I like about Cuttlebug's Fancy Pants alpha is it automatically cuts out the letter AND the tag. (Unless you cut the paper smaller.) So you get the positive and the negative letter, two for one kind of thing. Lots of my LOs with Fancy Pants I've used the negative for the first letter in the word and the positive for the rest. Check it out!

i love the olivia font and it is about an inch.
