How about a re-introduction for all the newcomers?

I was just reading how some of you felt so old, while others said they felt old. I thought we could do a little survey as to everyones age. (at least those who want to fess up to it. Lying is allowed ) And since we're at it any other info you'd like to pass along. I know this has been done before, but it seems there are so many new people that it wouldn't hurt to repeat a thing or two.

I'm 30. I've been married for 10 years on Friday, and have two wonderful (for the most part )boys ages 2 1\2 and 4. I've been scrapping for almost 3 years now.

Hi! I'm Amy. I'm 26 years old, I've been married for almost 3 years (next month) and I have a 2 year old (this month) and a 7 month old. They keep me quite busy but I have finally added scrapbooking to my must do list and am working on baby albums and a family album. I'm having lots of fun! My name is Janie Harvey and I have been married 35+ years to my best friend, Bobby. We have 4 adult children; the 3 girls are married and living in OH and the middle one Suzy has children. YEA!!! We have 3 wonderful grandchildren; Ben-Tina is 9, Darrian is 6, and Taj is going to be 2 on the 29th of Aug. Our only son is 30 and not married and living & working in FL.
I have been sb 10+ years. Of course with family and all I did not really get into sb on a big scale until 1998. My husband is now retired. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I leave the driving in others' hands. I am able to be with the my daughters in OH for the summer and fall and then spend the winter and spring in FL with DH. This is what one does if DH lives in FL and will NOT move back to OH. Forgive me please for talking too much.

Our daughter is married has a son, and owns a mobile dog grooming business. Our son has graduated from University-at Irvine with a masters in Chemistry. He minored in Biology and Environmental Mgt. Then he went through the Fire fighting Academy, and is searching for a placement, but working for the State as an Environmental Moniter until a FF gig comes through. My family is my entire life, so I find scrapping a perfect hobby. I can talk to and see my kids even when they are out in the world doing their own thing by just turning the pages of my albums. I had a birthday last week and am feeling very NOT YOUNG (I now am 24)and have been married for two year. No kids yet, but I have a jack russell terrier named Rocky who occupies some of my cutest pages.

Heather...guess I'm the oldest rat in the barn...at 62. I've been married 24 years to my wonderful Robert. We live in the North Carolina mountains and have one son and two daughters, in their 40's, and five grandchildren. I'm a former Woman Marine. Robert and I are retired and do a lot of traveling, camping in our van. We like to rough camp, especially in Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho, and will be leaving in early September for 2 or 3 weeks in the west (if the forest fires stop burning). I've been scrapping 1-1/2 years and have completed six fat albums. Wish I had a laptop so I could keep up with the boards here. I have learned so much from the wonderful people who share their knowledge on this site and thank you all for the help you give us "beginners."

Hi - I am 52 and have been married for 33 years. We have 3 kids who have provided us with 6 wonderful grandkids (Patrick, almost 9 - Carrie, 5 (and starting kindergarten tomorrow) - Corynn, 5 (and has been in school a week already) - Jordan Elizabeth, 4 - Christa, 11 months - and Jennifer, 3 1/2 months) who provide me with good scrapping material. I have been scrapbooking for 3 1/2 years now and have gotten from Patrick's birth until June 2000 in my books.

What Happened? :confussed: :mad I was keeping a notebook so that I could learn about y'll and then some of the posts are no longed posted. I had 37 scrappers listed and then I had to get offline, now there are only 21 posted. Before I got offline this afternoon there were 7 more scrappers that I had not put in my sb notebook. I just love this sb bb. HELP to LESLIE...CONSTABLE 1!!! Will you let us know what happened and why? We would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.
I learn by seeing and writting and to aid my memory I was making a sb notebook so that I could learn about all of you. ie. Friday, August 24,2001 is HeatherH.'s tenth wedding anniversary. "O Happy Day" HeatherH. & Husband!!!

My name is Tracy, I feel like I know all of you so well, I visit this site almost everyday. So motivational and informational. I am the mother of the most beautiful 10 month old boy and the wife of 4 years to a wonderful guy. I just really started sb after the birth of my son. It's weird how sb has totally changed the way I take pictures. We went to Texas last weekend (13hr each way) and I took a whole roll of film of nothing but the things Ethan was doing in his car seat. (Any ideas of how to scrap them now?) The people where we have our film developed know us by name. Pretty sad.

I work full time but luckily am able to work 3rd shift so we don't have to do the daycare
thing.

I enjoy learning more about sb from all of you.

Hello, I am 33 (soon to turn 34 in three weeks) and am due with my second during the same week. I hope that she isnt' born on my birthday, I would like her to have her own day. My first, is Jackson and he is 18 months old. He is my world. My gift for Christmas last year was the opprotunity for me to stay at home and raise our family. One that I am thankful for everyday. We don't have a name for our second yet, but we know that she is a girl. I have been married to my wonderful husband for three years, but have been in each others lives for 5. I have been sb for a little over 1 1/2 yrs. I love it. My husband supports it full heartly, saying that it perserves our family memories for our children's children. My mother-in-law is here for a visit this week and I am taking her to her first midnight maddness crop tonight. She is excited about getting started on her CLOSET full of photos.
This was a really great idea. I have enjoyed reading about all of you and getting to know you better.

Hello everyone! My name is Beth, and I'm 33 years old. (gasp!) I have been scrapping my favorite subjects (whether they like it or not! LOL) for almost 9 years now. Those subjects are my wonderful DH (who I've been married to for over 11 years) and my 3 wild, crazy, stubborn, lovable, dear, dear sons (ages 10, 8 and 4).

Oh, and the only time I feel *really* old is when my oldest DS reminds me that he is almost a teenager, or when DS#2 asks me how old I will be when he's 30!

My name is Joyce and I am 43 years old (YIKES!). I live in the state of Missouri and I have been married almost 19 years to a really terrific man. We have a son, 13 and a daughter 12. I have been scrapping for about 5 years now and love it (don't we all)!

I am 48 yo and have been married to dh (Jay) for 27 yrs. and have 4 children. Andrea is 26 and married; Kurt is 24 and is getting married in 2 weeks, Valerie is 23 and is single; Renae is 7 yo and will be starting second grade on Monday. I teach 6th, 7th and 8th grade english, Spelling, Handwriting and 7th grade Religion in the same school. We live in Washington, PA which is about 40 minutes south of Pittsburgh.
