Are you caught up?

Are you kidding?! I haven't completed a book since before Thanksgiving! I'm working on so many projects right now it's not funny! I am close to finishing Christmas 2002. But still working on stuff from the summer!!

Believe it or not, I did experience this once in my lifetime. Alas, I do not see it happening again for many moons. Oh well...the upside is that I'm having so much fun playing around in the swaps, doing various projects and trying new and different techniques! So, the fun factor is certainly making up for the inability to finish very many pages in our albums. hee hee hee...

Caught up? What's that mean?

I don't think I ever want to get caught up. That means no more pictures to scrap! I like knowing that even though I have film to develope, I still have pics sitting in my guest room ready to be put in albums.

There is such a thing as caught up. Heaven forbid I see at least 4 albums of old pics I plan to do this year. I figure 4 a year I may catch up about 2025

I don't want to ever be caught up. I got really close once, but every time I felt like scrapping the pics I had left didn't speak to me. So I didn't do them. Now I have a nice stack to choose from!

Besides, I read somewhere we can't die until our scrapbooks are all finished...

Kenton's day care provider was caught up once -- AND SHE HATED IT!!!! She was so jealous when I had scrapbook time, because she had nothing to do. So, she planned a family vacation, and came back with 10 rolls of film! I don't want to get caught up -- I like to choose what I want to scrap!

YOu mean I'm supposed to catch up? and actually finish an album???

I am way behind in my scrapping. Mostly because I tend to buy more than I actually scrap. Is there anyone out there that is caught up? Is it even possible? HEHEHE Brandi

Being caught up is highly overrated. All you can do is sit on message boards and scrap vicariously through your friends.

400 digital pictures onto the way to the printers to be printed....

two gift albums that needed to be sent out in December...

Ummmm, what? was that english you were just speaking? caught up? Let's put it this way - my son is 11 1/2 mos old - and I am about 13 mos behind. (if we include stuff like baby showers.....) LOL amy

I have pictures from 1996 all the way through 2003 that need to be caught up on! Ha! Ha!

One of my problems is that we take at least one vacation every year, then I come back with at least 10 rolls of film and start on those right away so I don't forget all the details of the trips. So, my vacation pics are caught up, but that leaves little time for the rest of the pictures. Oh well, at least I have a variety of photos to scrap about.

Caught up????? My goal for 2002 was to finish everything I had for 2001 (almost there). That doesn't even count all my kid's albums from birth through 2000. I figure, I'll just keep working at it. Since I work full-time outside the home, have a very active family (dance, sports, vacations, etc.) if I can scrap twice a month I'm doing pretty good. I think I need a year sabatical from everything to get "caught up". But think of everything I would miss!!!!!

I was almost caught up at one point, right before my 2nd ds was born. Now, forget it! I have 2 kids (21m & 7m) to keep up with let alone keep up with all the pictures! Maybe once they're out of the house...!

I was "complaining" about how behind I was in scrapping (actually, hinting about how I needed to spend more time doing it) and my husband decided that the best way to "fix" my problem was that I should stop taking pictures until I had all the other scrapped. yeah, RIGHT!!

Of course, now I am out on a different tangent and doing a bunch of scrapping with no pictures at all, but still snapping away merrily. Plus, if I get all caught up, what will I leave my children to do?

I have 5 kids so I always have plenty to scrap, I am always taking pictures so it is pretty much endless for me and thats the way I like it. I love to always have something to scrap.

Hmmmmmm...... lets see, went to college in 1982, spent 4 years in the Air Force, then got married in 1987, then had 2 children, hubby is in the Army in his 18th year and I've only completed 3 albums. If I live until I'm 100, I may get caught up; but I doubt it!
