I am so bad that I actually create a fictitious order in the system with my wish list! At least it keeps my spending in check to see the actual amount I would spend on everything!

Just to help you some, I never received my aprroval email or the email that the kit shipped. Corp had my email wrong, even though on my site it was right. My upline sent me a copy of the email she received regarding my approval.

Okay I love veggies. If I have a piece of chocolate cake sitting next to a bowl of veggies. I am pickign the veggies over the chocolate cake. Shocking I know. But that is the way I have always been.

And yes, the CTMH BBs are VERY addicting! I spend WAY too much time on there, and not enough creating! But I've limited my time there this week and got 3 swaps done, and two 2-page layouts done! I'm so proud of myself.

go to the main ctmh website and there is a link there for consultants > log in there you can login to the main conslt website using your username and login you chose when signing up. From there you can access the cons bb. pm me if you need more help. if you got your conf email, you should be able to get into the system. HTH

I need to boost my customer base since I signed 3 of my best customers (possibly 2 more by the end of this month), and they are all friends and family with lots of my other customers!

I have a lot of fun stuff planned - I just hope I can pull it off smoothly!

Jennifer ~ I notice that you are a tlc consultant. Not that we wouldn't want you, just thought I should let you know that we do have a non-compete clause in our consultant agreement, meaning that you couldn't sell for both companies.

I figured there would be a clause of some sort, most companies do have them, TLC is not one of them though. That is actually why I was asking if they accepted hobbyists. Do they accept hobbyists that are consultants elsewhere??? I love their stamps and was just thinking that I could join and get them at a discount.

I have already become addicted to the CTMH bb as I am here! Lol Bought stuff already too!

I am a stampin up demo and altough I love it I have to tell you that I am thinking of switching companies. I am a scrapper at heart and have NEVER been into cards. I make them but it's not my thing. Stampin Up really caters to that while I noticed CTMH leans to the scrapbooker.
I love the layouts in the catologs and the fonts and the 2 main things for me. The prices and the storage, oh and call me lazy but I really hate cutting my stamps...LOL....I guess I talked myself right into this company. I have a consultant here that has been after me and now I could kick myself for not signing up with the special. GRRRR I always seem to be a day late and a dollar short...LOL....

To all of you ladies that are waiting for your CTMH kits, breathe. It will get to you in due time.

To help take your mind off the wait:
Start a journal or sketch book of things you want to do. This can be any size that works for you. I did find a cute 7x9 binder resently online that I'm going to alter.(want more info pm me)
Set goals for yourself, of things you want to do for YOU and your business. Remember: Family comes first and if they aren't happy, you won't be!
Do SOMETHING creative everyday and it doesn't have to be scrapbooking/stamping related!

Also be thankful that you didn't start up about 13yrs ago!! It took me 8wks to get my kit!!!!!

Juel, you're so right! 8 days is nothing compared to 8 weeks~ ouch!

I second making a creative journal. I go through the scrapping/crafting magazines and cut out what I like. I even have fabric swatches and comic strips, LOL! I just altered a comp book but a binder is good too~ may have to go that way if I run out of space in my book! Also if you have your user ID and password, login and check out the artwork and template bulletin boards. Many megabytes on my 'puter are taken up by artwork ideas and instructions!
