But I really don't want any help...I just want all my responsibilites as wife, mother, and grandmother to take a long vacation so I can shop, organize, and scrap to my heart's content!

Hi! I am Alicia -AKA H2OToad i am a true scrapaholic and LOVE IT! I get teased by many and admired by most- You can tell because teasing/sarcasim (If that is how you spell it) has truth and jelosey involved (That is how i rationalize it!), but it does not bother me. I love it and I make money off of my passion- I scrapbook for others.It does not decrese over the years- its been 6years for me and it has only gotten worse because of all the new toys and things you can do and buy for scrapbooking- it has come a LONG ways.

My name is Dawn & I am most definately a Scrapaholic, scrapping shopaholic, cropaholic, anything elece....... I have been dooing it 6 years, started with a bag of stuff, then the rubbermaid container, rolling cart, now an entire room of supplies. My hubby thinks I really need help, sometimes we even fight over it......
I try to make money but, hold crops for charity, so it never goes in my pocket but, the last one I made $500.00! I do not think it is something that will go away..... I really LOVE the out of town crops with my scrapaholic best friend, we do it 2 times a year for a whole weekend but I would like to do it more, it is just that our real jobs get in the way....... What to do

I am sooo going to try to make an income out of this!!! But I've only been doing this for a little while and don't have the experience. I still have a lot to learn. Maybe when I am done with my second book I will start doing LO's for others. I know I can do this. ( I know I can I know I can I know I can... puff puff)

This thread is too funny! My name is Faith. I have been scrapping for five years, and I am a scrap-o-holic. I have turned our guest bedroom into a scrapbook room. Every time my mom comes to visit, she says "Oh...there's a desk in my room." "Hey, now there's an eight foot table in my room..." Pretty soon it will be "Where's my bed?" LOL!!! My husband loves that I scrapbook and has even suggested adding on to the back of the house to build me a larger room! Now that's addicted! He's also wondered if I need to take out an addition to our homeowners policy to cover all my supplies! Isn't this hobby fun!

My name is Crystal and i Diffently am a Scrapaholic / shopaholic / sb.com-aholic.... I've been doing this for about year and a half now and cant stop! Just cant keep my hands off all the new scrapin supplies they come out with... My dinning room table is my scraping place. Im Gonna buy a big table and put it in our spare room and make it my scrappin room.. Cant wait..

I can definitely admit to being a SB.Com-aholic, and i even admit to beoing a scrapaholic. I talk scrap to people who don't care! I tell my friends all the neat stuff that i learned online this week (here at SB.Com of course) and everyone thinks that I am a scrap genius, or in my case a scrap goddess

Hi! My name is Heather, and I am a Scrapaholic. I have been scrapping now for 4 years. I have gone to 2 charity crops, countless home classes and crop circles, 3 Expos, receive 4 magazines, belong to a SB club, and have made major furniture purchases in support my hobby.

Not only am I a buyer and a user, but I have recently become a seller. It wouldn't be so bad if the money was going to pay for things like a down payment on a house or a new car or something, but it will be used to fund my own hobby!

I was thinking about a 12 step program, but only made it two steps from the counter at my LSS, saw some buttons that would be perfect, and went running back to the register with credit card waving.

Hi my name is Page and I am a scrapaholic.
I have previously admitted my addiction on a reply post to a recent one on "restriction."
I think I'm getting better. I haven't been to my main LSS in a week, Hobby Lobby just once, W-Mart once, and I never event step foot into Michael's. That is a record for me.
I did however spend an outrageous amount on SB.com last Monday and the tracking order says the goods will arrive tomorrow. Thank goodness. I was starting to go into withdrawal.

scrapbookbuzz - You didn't put "check sb.com" on your list enough! I check the messages at least 4-5 times a day! When I'm out of town I go into withdrawal! And I'M not even a "goddess" like stacy L and others.

ok, that's it. It's midnight and I am going to try and some sleep. I finished 3 Lo's tonight, all I have to do now is wait for my eyelet setter, which my mom just bought for me today! and then I can glue it all down. I hope to get through the night without having to get up to jot down another idea I got.

hi in nitty and im a scrapaholic. ive been scrapping for two years and redently convinced my MIL to open a scrapbooking store so i could at least get the things i want in town. she thinks i got her to open a stamping store but within 2 weeks the amount of sb stuff had increased over 50% and growing.

at least now i pretend to make money from it. but all my wages go stright back into supllies.

My anme is Nicole and I am a scrap a holic and shop a holic. I had an emergency last night and I had to run to California to get my son. I was gone 24 hours but I took a quick peek at SB.com while I was there.

I thought I could dabble in scrapping as I had for several years but when I found this site it became a full fledged addiction. i fear I am becoming a swap addict too.

I don't care, I don't want help. I want more supplies. I recently took over the front room for more scrap space as I had a kid in each room already. My Dh bless his soul has no idea how much I have spent and I hope he never does!

I've been thinking about it myself, but I think that only a little over a month of experience (eventhough I am a scrapoholic) is not enough to open a store and help others ... yet...

Hi, my name is Missy and I am a scrapaholic. I frequently tune my dh out during a drive becasue I am looking at signs, (et all) to get ideas. Plus I try to name the fonts on business signs.

I am also a scrap-aholic!! Everything I see and do I am thinking how I could do a LO for that!! I am also along with you, on how we can make some $$ from this, my hubby isnt 'loviing' all the things I HAVE to have!! :-)

I have saved all my receipts as I have a business idea that I'm hoping to launch before year-end so that I can at least write some of this stuff off. Ultimately, I don't think my addiction is harmful (mearly expensive)! lol

Hi! I am Peggy, and I also have a scrapping problem, therefor I am a scrapaholic. It looks as if you have started something here....do they have support groups for people like us? Probably not since we would end up turning it into a Crop! =)
I have been scrapping for about 2 years, and still to this day I eat sleeep and think about layouts. Hubby isn't too upset about my addiction! In fact, he helps me fund it! So I am very lucky in that area......

1230 - 1400 Intro to LSSs: plot your reconaissance
1400 - 1700 Spend that money, soldier! Visits to LSS. using terrain map
1700-1730 Head back to base
1730 - 1830 Supper: prepared for you as you are not allowed to think of anything but scrapbook related thoughts.
1830 - 2400 Utilize all recently acquired scrapbook knowledge to do as many layouts as possible.

I hope you all realize that being a sb.comaholic is not our fault. McKane very cleverly embedded a specially genetically engineered scrapaholic virus in the login program, so when we all first logged in, the virus was somehow electronically released through our computers, and each of us is infected.

There is no known cure. Fortunately it is not a fatal virus (unless your DH decides to "do you in" because of the continued influence of this scrapaholic virus which causes those infected to shop for SB supplies beyond what is "normal."

) Interestingly, however, though the virus is not usually contageous, there have been a few instances of husbands catching the virus from one of the sb.c members and becoming involved in scrapbooking themselves.

I think the virus has a different effect, though very similar on the male gene! I think it transforms itself to the "online gaming" part of it!

ok, here we go again!!! Not only am I a scrapoholic, I think I might get hooked on the swaps too! This is bad. I have to stop visiting the site. Maybe I can limit myself to only visit the "general scrapbooking" area.....maybe...

you guys are cracking me up. i don't know if i'm quite a scrapaholic yet, but i'm definitely getting there. it gets harder and harder to resist all the tempations everywhere and i think about LOs an awful lot anymore. i have to be strong!!!

Okay, I am going to have to admit to being a scrapaholic. Currently, my DH and I are looking for a house. Everytime we looked at one, the first thing that comes out of my mouth is "This room would make a great scrapbook room"

. I think I have my priorities a little off. But DH knows what we need in a home so I know he won't let that be the only reason we buy the house.

I am afraid my disease is spreading. I now am not only a scrapaholic, and sb.com aholic, I am a swap aholic. Currently I am participating in several swaps (here and at lss): Disney tag: 4 different tags (all I have to do is put them together); wish rak (mailed off all I promised); bookmark swap (3 different bookmarks). At the LSS. 1 paper piecing swap (44 squares with 4 different designs), baseball swap, Football tag, disney tag, and mardi gras tag. I have finished all but the mardi gras tags and the bookmarks and the disney tags. I will have everything finihsed by FRIDAY: THEN NO MORE SWAPS for a while.

Oh, and I signed up for the Secret Sister swap at the LSS too.
