I've got two huge trays (foil pan, industrial size, not the kind you can buy at the store either, way bigger). One is full of pork hash with that mustard sauce on it and the other tray cooked rice. Church had a function this past Saturday (which I didn't go to) where they served alot of bbq. We ate alot of it ...

Be careful with the rice, Viv..its a potentially hazardous food and prone to bacterial growth. If you keep it that long, be sure to reheat to at least 165*, but I would be nervous..that's 5 days, right?

Our youth drama group performed their program for the high school Sunday School class this morning. It had a few rough spots, but overall went really well. Next up - next Saturday evening in a small outdoor ampitheatre.

A friend called tonight. It was mentioned in her Sunday School class this morning that Ivy Tech (where DD goes to school) is "begging" for online teachers. (Monica - you might check into this to see if it's only locally that they need help or if it's a statewide thing. It could be the answer to your not-tutoring-now thing.) I'll call tomorrow to check into it. This could be just the thing for a work-from-home situation for me. Keep your fingers crossed......

Going to bed now (since I really intended to go to bed over an hour ago).

Potatoes in the pork is a good idea, but I wouldn;t use canned. They won;t absorb the taste. I would partially boil the tatoes and then add the meat to thedraind potatoes with enough liquid to finish cooking them. The cooking is what will help absorb the flavor. Andonions,Yes!

Called evilmart for the prescription info,so dd could pick it up. They've been sitting on it because they needed more info!! Arrgghhh!

Had dh cut up my chicken breast for me..tried it left handed, nearly cut off my fingers. then tried to eat lefthanded and endded up with rice all over me!

Well..no prescription yet. think I;ll take the otc motrin I have and get ready for bed. Wonder if dh will cut my paper for me?

At least when they are older, you can explain to them why they have to stay down. They won't anyways, but explaining gives you something to do while they're up.

I see alot of layouts. I do ask for critique in some instances but peoples styles and tastes are so different. I love giving critique but always couch with "if this was my layout" type stuff.

I agree. I have seen many fabulous LOs here that I just love. And then there are those that look just like the 100 other ones, with almost the same construction, same paper, and people raved about them. I've seen very original and creative LOs that I put into my favourites, and notice very few people commenting or voting for them. I believe I have very different taste than most of the voters here ...

Of course, my LOs are a different story. Sometimes what you want to do and what the LO ends up to be are two very different things. There is yet another Chinese saying (3000 yrs of coming up with sayings): "eyes high, hand low". I'm like that... I aspire my LOs to be something a lot more magnificent than what they end up to be. But I still consider myself a beginner and I am freely experimenting and learning different techniques.

I feel that way about mine...I know what I want it to look like, I know what I need to do. Then, when I'm done....they are just blah. Eyes high, hand low....I like that.

Apparently dinner was a bad idea. At least it stayed down for 15 minutes. Must be improving.

It was first cook on Saturday. I don't think the lid was taken even take off of it. I was thinking of actually baking it with cream of mushroom, cheddar cheese and broccoli. As in an new dish and not serve it plain. Do you think that will be safe that way?

I've been reading that Hoodia thread.

Do you drink green tea? Or tried white tea?

Sadly the stuff you buy in most stores are yucky and have a bitter taste to them. The ones I buy from stashtea.com don't have that bitter aftertaste. I buy the loose stuff. I feel better when I'm drinking those teas. I rarely sweeten my teas. I might mix with licorice root to sweet/flavor my teas now and then and even honey. I grow and use stevia, too. But mainly prefer my green or white tea plain.

Ditto again. I recommend tinsel embossing powders. No gluing and no waiting for glue to dry. Would make things much faster. I wish I could see what you're making to make a proper and useful suggestion. When doing so many, easier way is really the best way.
