I placed an order (my Christmas present-Haha! I order what i want and my hubby buys what he wants) with Simon says stamp and I have not received it yet. I contacted them via email and they said it shipped 11/25. I sent them an email and they did not respond to my issues-they sent a generic response. I have been trying to reach them by phone but their line is always busy. I hope I am not out all that money!! SSS is a reputable business (although I received a shipment with dies and one bottle of embossing powder in a small envelope-The embossing powder was sticking out of the package!! ) I love Scrapbook.com They may be the most online reliable scrapbook store. I hope SSS will address my not receiving my package!!!

sss is very slow and has had a lot of complaints for their shipping and customer service lately. You will get your stuff it just may take a few weeks. I never receive anything in less than 10 days.

I love shopping here at scrapbook.com. It is always my first stop when looking for supplies. The shipping, customer service and packaging are awesome . I wish everyone did the same. I am a card maker so i just wish scrapbook.com carried more stamps.

I love having this place I did order from the place you mentioned one time. It was slow. but I did get it. it was the only place to find a pink fiskars trimmer.

I do know lots of people who love them

I really like sb.com too. The only fly in the ointment so far has been the shipping company that sb.com used for international shipments. I heard they switched shipper though, so I hope that when I order my next batch of stuffs the shipping will be better.

I'm still waiting on 2 orders from SSS that I placed on the 25th as well. They use notoriously slow shippers. According to tracking, both packages have been in Georgia since the 2nd. ðŸ˜©

I ordered from there Black Friday weekend and have received my order. I do know that if you order something that is back ordered, they hold the whole order. As for receiving an email saying it was shipped and you haven't received it, they need to get THAT figured out asap.

Well, I think I'm done with them. Placed 2 separate orders on 12/7. Both packages were shipped 12/9. It's now 12/16 and I still don't have either one. According to tracking, they went from Ohio to Kentucky to Georgia, which is frustrating because I'm in Tennessee. Last tracking update was 12/12 in Georgia.

I've researched the shipping company they now use and the reviews are really bad. Shipments that don't arrive for over a month, packages disappearing completely, destroyed packages....

I might try them again if they change shipping companies.
