Question about Creatopia

Good Morning,
I am sitting here watching an infomercial on the creatopia. It looks like it works great, but does anyone have one?? What do you think? Just wondering if it is worth the money. Thanks!

I don't have it, but I thought I'd tell you what I HEARD.

It's a pretty cool machine,,,,but it's limited in the embossing plates that are available for it.

Thank you for the info. Sounds like I should go for the Cricut. I have a Cuttlebug already and I love that.

I have one and it is cool. The embossing rollers are limited, but it takes dies/embossing folder from other companies. You just need the shapez component. I like it because you can emboss, laminate, cut and have adhesive options. I like it!

I have the Creatopia. I just posted on another site to someone else asking the same question. I found that site & this one while searching for Creatopia online groups. Have not found one yet. Maybe I should start one?!
I purchased it last yr in Nov & unfortunately have not had time to use it. But yesterday I purchased 3 dies on sale & worked w/them this evening. It performed flawlessly on fabric & paper with the Shapez adaptor. I haven't found a downside to it yet. I did have to order some patterned cutting blades online as they were out of them when I purchased mine at Houston's Quilt Festival. My email was answered in a few minutes from right here in the United States! Yeah! I even talked to them. The order was shipped immediately. No problems whatsoever so far w/ either the Creatopia or it's offices/help desk. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions. Thanks!
