I want to start making mini albums - I have watched many videos. I noticed that some crafters do not put a card stock cover when they use black chipboard. When they use the kraft color chipboard, they always cover with card stock usually black (fully cover with a 1†inside border). In both cases, they put decorative paper on the front and back panels and spine. Is the reason that some do not cover black chipboard? Could it be because its black and does not need it or should you cover for reinforement or ??
It seems redundant to cover black chipboard with black card stock unless its for reinforcement. Kind Regards, Confused
