Well, today I am finally venturing out into the world to purchase some Mod Podge. I have been using generic decouapge gel for some time now, but today I am doing an adhesive run inpreparation for my back-to-school, post-Joann's-sale scrapathon. I was looking through the site here to prepare myself and I saw two kinds of mod podge: matte and paper. If I am using mod podge to glitter, seal, and alter, do I want to buy the "paper" mod podge or the "matter" mod podge? I'd really love your help!
And another question-- how strong is the bond mod podge makes? Can I use it to glue chipboard to paper for covering? Is it strong enough to hold chipboard to a layout? I use pray adhesive now, but boy is it messy... looking for a good alternative!
