EZ Pull Ribbon Purse

Is this the best way to store lots of ribbon without taking much space or hanging anything on the wall? Do the ribbons get tangled up inside of there?

I love mine. It takes up very little space, and I haven't had a tangling problem at all. It easily fits into my crop bag because it smooshes down.

Sometimes the ribbon gets wrinkled, but I think that is common with several storage solutions. I use a ribbon iron for that.

I agree with Jennifer. I love mine. I made my own using a clear make-up bag from Walmart ($9) and my cropadile. To keep the ribbon from getting tangled, just don't use really long lengths of it. I usually try to put no more than two yards of each one in there. If it's more than two yards, I cut it up into two yard lengths and store it that way. I keep my homemade ribbon purse stored in a drawer because otherwise, my cats would play with it.

I made my own as well. My purse is full AND I have ribbon hanging on the wall as well. Does that mean I have too much??

Never! I too have a ribbon obsession. I'm always buying it, even if I have no project in mind for it. I went to count my spools of ribbon to assess whether one system I saw in the gallery would work for me...and lets say I have way more than I ever thought I did, or even thought I would use. I need to switch to starting my lo with the ribbon and matching my papers to that, etc...just so I can use some of it up!

I love my ribbon purse and actually bought 2 more to accomodate the ribbon stash I got from my cousin (he sent me his now ex's whole scrap stash cause she cheated and he kicke dher out lol)

Anyhow, cant rave enough about the ribbon purse...the ribbons have never tangled on me.

Anyone know if any "real" stores like J's M's or Beverly's carries these?

On another note: LOL I've seen the Jumbo EZ Pull Purse online. Can't decide if I want the regular size now (holds 200 ribbons) or the jumbo (holds 600 ribbons). Told you ladies I have a ribbon obsession!
