Back...hot and sweaty...car is home. Good thing too. It was a bit rough driving home, but made it home at least...seriously as I pulled it up next to the house, the darn thing decided it would go no more. Right where I needed it...would not go any more forward...no more in reverse. Kaput...it is at least here though. Now to see about towing it down the hill. My mom found that if she ups her AAA membership she can get it towed that distance, but it will take 4 days to be active. So at least it is in front of my house for the next 4 days.

I lucked out too and my buddy was heading out right after I started walking. He pulled up and offered me a ride. So I didn't have to walk the full way to the car.

I had a great time this weekend. Even went scrapping and got 20 more 12x12 pages done for my mother's album. So only one for 12x12 page and that album is done. Hopefully in time for her to take to NY in June (another story there). I still need to put finishing touches on ~40 pages or so.

You already learned your lesson without me risking damage to my scepter.

It's been a month for me since going to evilmart. And actually, I'm saving money by not shopping there. Yes, I am paying more for some items than if I went there but I'm not impulse buying as much either. Sticking more closely to my shopping and am also finding better deals on meats. Meats that look better than E-mart's, too!

Went to Dollar Tree Friday and noticed that they carried two different brands of plastic drop cloths, one make in the USA and on from China. I bought the USA ones and commented on it to the cashier at check out. She told me that they're getting away from Chinese brands, especially in the edible category, too many recalls. ABOUT TIME! is what I think!

I popped back in. I ran out to run some errands. Stopped at lss...didn't buy anything

Went to Pat Catan's (like all of yours ACMoore) ( (kind of like HL but MUCH better prices and no fabric) and

I GOT BLING!!! Blingy stickers, Stickles, Gold glittery embossing powder, shiny ribbon, and ....Jelly Bellys!

I have downloaded and installed quite a few fonts. I should have been doing this a long time ago! I'm getting excited about using my Wishblade now. I've been playing with it and have learned a few things. Nothing major, but for me anything is good. I'm computer challenged.
