Very touching! The fact that the embellishments came from her home makes it that much more special. It would be great to have some journaling somewhere in your album telling that the embellishments were hers. Beautiful job!

In Memory of Mother

This heritage LO uses lots of layering and the use of embellishments that I found clearing out my late mother-in-laws' home: buttons, ric-rac, hat pin, butterfly and peacock feathers - she had obviously treasured them - and this way they're displayed in a meaningful way.
