Give a Cheer
My son has come up with a new bedtime stalling tactic. He insists that there is a monster under the bed, after a few weeks of this, I dedided to surprise him with a friendly monster. I found a one-eyed, one-horned flying purple people eater that actually sings that halloween song and I put it under the bed.
That night when he told me that he couldn't go to sleep because there was a monster under the bed I told him that it was time we dragged that rascal out from under the bed. He looked at me a little strange but grabbed his flashlight and started looking under the bed. He was not expecting to find anything and the look on his face when he found his friendly monster was priceless, it was a mixture of shock and disbelief. He loves his monster under the bed now and I am still laughing at the expression on his face that I was able to capture with my camera.
This is my first upload to this gallery and I'm not sure if I'm doing it exactly right...
