I stamped, colored and hand cut the cupcakes.

My mom gave my son those candies and told him that they go on top of cupcakes and he wasn't happy until we made cupcakes so that he could put them on top. Never mind that he never intended to eat the cupcakes. He just wanted the candy! :)
