Give a Cheer
I made these cards for a swap I am in at http://www.craftyria.com/board/index.php The theme is "Sweet Treats." The cupcakes are a Sizzlet die which I added plastic gem stones for a cherry on top. The green paper strip is wrinkled tissue paper. I then added the Happy Birthday stickers and the ribbon to the card.
