Give a Cheer
This is my catch-all page for March this year. I always do a page each month with all the odds and ends that don't fit into any other lo's. This one isn't as cohesive as the calendar theme I'm using for 2006, but I wanted to use the month stamps and birthstones. My January & February LO's are in my gallery (2009 Album & Month LO's in 'albums').
My March LO's are typically green for St. Patty's Day -- it was refreshing to base this one on the light blue of the March birthstone - Aquamarine.
I stamped and embossed the flower border on the cardstock and the calendar stamp on vellum. The flower is meant to represent the March flower, the daffodil or jonquil.
The center photos are just room shots from a 48 hour scrapbook weekend that my bf and I went to. Not everyone is pictured, but the names of all the attendees are written on the photo. The other pic is my dd and me. I pulled the frog off the front of a card I received w/ a RAK from KellyCali. I made a reduced copy of what she wrote on the inside, stapled the ribbon to it for a pull, and slid it behind the frog.
