I cut the letters out on Chipboard (used the AccuCut machine at my LSS... can't remember the font), but wanted to make them look like they were covered in dried mud (to show what WE looked like after we were done quadding!). I couldn't find any dark brown crackle paint, so I used Antique Bronze, then painted the letters after the cracke paint was dry.
