Give a Cheer
I used an embroidery hoop as the base of my project, using it to hold a sheet of Prima's new cardstock paper. Then I set to decorating!! All of the flowers started out mostly white and were doused in several layers of spray ink to color them. I used Copic markers to color the Prima Say It In Crystals and Pearls swirl -- LOVE Copic!
