A great layout!! love all pictures...Don't type the journaling..your handwriting on this is super. swirly and readable..makes it more personal..and when furture generations see it they will know what your handwriting looked like...

I agree with Nancola..handwritten journaling is so much more personal. I especially like that your writing is so fanciful...like a fairytale. Maybe add some pink bling around it so it isn't so bold with plain white...that is probably what is making you feel uncomfortable about it. The girls look so cute and happy. Very nice memory.

I think it looks great! awesome title work! Handwritten journaling is important for the future generations...but, I don't do it on every layout...a trick I do use is to use a ruler to pencil-in lines so help me keep everything lined up when I do handwrite in my "story." I usually do my journaling in pencil (just so I have proper placement) go over it in fine tip pen, then erase the pencil - sometimes I do a trial journal block too...it just depends. You have great hand-writing...maybe add a photo corner to the top left corner of the journaling block to give it a grounded feel...but I think it looks great!
