I used the beautiful paper from Kerry Stewart's digital kit "Reading Adventures" to make this card. I resized this lovely hot air balloon paper to the size that I wanted. I then cut out extra balloons, curled the sides of the cut out balloons before pop dotting them.
I also cut out an extra cloud and added a button to it before pop dotted it. I then hand stitched a border using matching embroidery floss.
The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.
