Give a Cheer
Using a cookie cutter as a tracing stencil I created these characters for Halloween pop-up cards I'm working on. I used leftover scraps of paper, googly eyes, and other embellishments to create these characters. The characters I chose to design are based on either costumes people would wear for Halloween or creepy characters.
