Give a Cheer
All cs from SU. Used oval punch by SU for face and body. Circle punch from SU for hands. Window punch from SU used for brim of hat. SU scallop punch for dark blue on hat. Flower punch from SU. Ribbon from SU. The face is Peachy Keen Stamps Everyday Character Face Parts and More. I used chalk for the cheeks. I made this at Inky Fingers today except for the face stuff which I did at home.
