I am a huge Penny Black fan and I love All of the frogs so much they just put a smile on your face! I colored this card with Copics then applied Craft Lounge Sparkly Fluff which is like a flock with sparkles of glitter in it-not so easy to see here but it adds texture and gives the little guy some character
