Give a Cheer
I found this rainbow colored scratch pad at the grocery store and altered it by covering the cover with kraft cardstock, then adding stamped peace signs from Technique Tuesday's Sign of the Times stamp set. I stamped the signs on white neenah cardstock and colored them with copics to try to match the papers in the pad.
