Give a Cheer
It's a big deal when it snows in Houston since it's a rare occurence. I used my Cricut to cut the title, the flowers in the upper left, the snowflake, and the flourishes on the right side. I also cut the tree in the lower left with my Cricut and added Ivory Flower Soft to it to look like snow.
