Give a Cheer
The dress form is a stamp, then I just gathered tulle on top and wrapped trim and ribbon around, finishing with a bow. The journaling spot is a sticker and I just wrapped the same trim from the dress around the back of the sticker. LOVE how the dress form turned out!!!
