Give a Cheer
Journaling: Part of being a Cub Scout is spending time looking at the world around and recording what you see. The Outdoor Activity Award places a lot of emphasis on being a good steward for our planet. One requirement for this to spend time in nature and record what you see then share it with your den, pack or other adults. To help our Bear Den with this requirement we visited the Beaumont Botanical Gardens with sketch books in hand. The boys had a blast drawing the different things that they saw from the flowers to the bugs. May 10, 2011
