Give a Cheer
This is when we went to Glen Rose, Tx for my cousin's wedding. We stopped in this little pie place on the town square and heard all about the Dr. Pepper plant in Dublin, TX. The owener refused to stop making Dr. Pepper with real sugar during WWII when the rations started coming through. She limited production and reinstated it when the rationing was over. This bottle is from that plant in Dublin. MAN was it sweet - like eating a spoon full of sugar! :)
Jouranling reads: We went to a pie place in Glen Rose, Texas and got to have a real Dublin Dr. Pepper! The pies were homemade and we got an ice cold, original recipe Dr. Pepper!
