Give a Cheer
This was Done with using My Creative Scrapbook's Main Kit for July.I used some Fabric softner sheets and glimmer mist it then loose stitched the bottom edges and gathered it up to form a fan. Then I took som Stitckles and dressed up the edges.
No products have been added to this project.
