Give a Cheer
I did a LO with St. Frances in the snow for a winter scene a while back, and I decided to do another contrasting LO for summertime with the statue against the summer flowers in the garden. It always looks like he's watching over them -- and he's depicted holding a bird in his hand.
I used the Botanicals cart for the fern and a Prima bird made out of manuscript paper. The title was done on Word with a gradient shading. Didn't realize it until the last minute, but there's no pp on here! I wanted to keep it the cleanest and simplest to highlight the photo. Background to the brown and green is kraft color, hard to see against the carpet.
