Give a Cheer
This is a really tall card. It measures 9 inches tall. I admit I watched a video on how to make pinwheels are you are probably going to see them some more. The papers are from scraps. I know that two sided paper probably came from Stampin' Up. I used a blue button in the center of the pinwheel and used orange baker's twin for the bow. I used white buttons at the top with green baker's twin for the bows. The ribbon stem is from Michaels. I used a MS punch for the punching at the bottom.
