Give a Cheer
I cut the tags from old manilla file folders. Painted the background with acrylic, watered down paint and dabbed with crunched paper towel. Cut out the tree, moon, from cardstock. Used a stamp for the star, and "spooky" then hand inked the birds, sticker for the tombstone, and the fence from my stash. After the paint was dry I used glimmer mist and when the tag was finished, I used glimmer mist clear coat and then added the ribbon. I also used stickles for the highlights on the tree and tombstone.
