Give a Cheer
I used Mod Podge to adhere leftover scrapbook paper to the CD, then added two top-coat layers for protection. I used Elmers stick glue to adhere 0.05-inch twisted paper ribbon to the edge of the CD for a finished look. The ribbon is gold metallic over grosgrain. The 3-D Santa sticker is from K&Company. The CD was created to stand on a 4-inch plate easel.
