Die-cut the bottom and Bag body of the Scallop Circle Bag from cardstock and fold along crease lines to assemble. Embellish the base of the Bag with jewels. Die-cut the Bag sides from a contrasting color of cardstock and attach to the Scallop Circle Bag. Hand-cut a handle from patterned paper and attach to the Bag. Embellish with buttons. Die-cut a Circle from patterned paper and attach to the Bag. Die-cut a flourish (from Heart, Scallop w/Roses) out of cardstock and adhere to the Bag. Die-cut Accordion Fold Flowers out of cardstock. Fold along crease lines and assemble. Attach flower to the Bag. Embellish with a button. Stamp a sentiment on cardstock, trim to size and attach to the Bag.
